Does the Ubiquiti Tough Cable meet the requirements of Cambiums specs based on the ePMP User Guide?

Does the Tough Cable meet the requirements of Cambiums specs based on page 71, ePMP User Guide Release v2.5.2.  That is:-

"OUTDOOR CAT5E CABLE
For copper connections from the device to the power supply, use Cat5e cable that is shielded with copper-plated steel.
Caution
Always use Cat5e cable that is shielded with copper-plated steel. Alternative types of
Ethernet cables are not supported by Cambium Networks."

Regards.

I believe the ToughCable 'carrier' cable will meet this requirement. Furthermore, I would only use this type of cable for tower installations. I'd use normal outdoor rated/UV stablized cable for customer installations.

Toughcable is not copper plated steel, so...doesn't meet that requirement.

I've used the Toughcable carrier 100% for all APs and CPEs for the last few years.

Yep, we use carrier cable for towers and uv rated direct burial cable for customers homes.

we stopped using UBNT carrier because of water leaks in jacks, we probably had a bad batch since no one else is complaining about it here.   we use shireen cable for everything. works great, never had a problem and we are not exactly gentle on the cable all the time.  runs about 170 a box
