When contacting support or engineering with some issue, a tech-support file is a good way to collect all the debugging information we'll need. This includes logs, configuraiton and some snapshots of the system state.
Collecting tech-support from cnMaestro is easy, as shown below:
1. Select the device for which we are looking for tech-support information
2. Click on the Tools Icon in the menu bar on top of the device-tree
3 Click on the Tech-support icon.
this will download a .gz file to your browser and you can email this on to Cambium support or engineering.
