E2E Controller is Offline

I’m not sure if this is currently supported, but I’ve got the beta OVA for the On Prem E2E loaded and accepted in the cloud cnMaestro (instead of On Prem cnMaestro).

It E2E status in the cloud cnMaestro says Synced, I’ve attached a picture.

However if I go to do anything with it, or create a site, it just shows an error popup, “E2E Controller is Offline”.

Soooo, what do I do from here?

Hi Sterling

60 GHz cnWave is blocked for all operation in cloud currently (we haven’t enabled)
We will announce BETA support in cloud soon (this month) where you will be able to onboard and manage it.
