E400 Auto RF clarification

Is there any documentation on the Auto RF functionality?  Seems it has to be set directly in the AP instead of in cnMaestro?  

Recommended settings?  - Autonomous vs Centralized?

for a bit more info:

Trying to make 2 of these play well together in a ranch style house.  Smack dab in the middle of suburbia with Charter/Spectrum APs all around.  

Want to make these things really sing!  

I guess this is an optimization discussion as much as anything...
