E400 not booting up stuck with orange light

From the picture attached, I could see status of LED as below:

  • Power: Green
  • cnMaestro Connection: Orange

If above state is observed, this is default behaviour when device boots successfully. 

Only when device connects to cnMaestro, orange LED will change to Green. After successful bootup and cnMaestro connection, below will be the state:

  • Power: Green
  • cnMaestro Connection: Green

Please confirm if device is accessible.
