i have multiple e410s and e500s falling out of their network sites and not being monitored by the site as a whole. it started after the upgrade to cnMaestro upgrade on Sept 14. It seems to be only equipment with a 00:04:56:xx:xx:xx mac address. all my equipment is on the recommended firmware.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We found the issue and debugging it, will get back to you and update server with fix soon.
If it blocks you, please manually move the device to proper site, from configuration page, make the site “none” and configure proper site for time being.
