E410 Not Displaying Guest Portal

Hi,

Just having some issues with the cnMaestro access portal displaying on a E410.
WLAN functions normally with full internet access when guest access is disabled.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Hi Anand,

When guest portal access is enabled the splash page fails to load correctly and displays a this site can’t be reached message, all other internet access is disabled unless whitelisted. If guest access is disabled full internet access returns.
The attached is what appears on an android device when guest access is enabled.

based on the screen shot, DNS resolution is failing for the site towai.gravity.hostspot, Could you please check the DNS is working fine in your network?

Are you able to reach the URL “towai.gravity……” when guest access is disabled.

check if vlan 1 is defined and enabled on those APs. Even though you don’t want to use it , Guest Portal requires to be there.

Hi, if you continues whit the problem, just capture the AP ip address in WLAN/yourWiFi/GuestAccess/AdvancedSettings/RedirectUserPage

Enable Portal Mode
Save the settings and ready…

I was in the same problem and that was solved
