E510 Vouchers, Splash Page does not load on some cell phones

Hello! Some cell phones do not load the Splash Page at all, hence can not connect to the WIFI.

Some do, some don't.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

Are you using On premesis version vor cloud? Also by any chance have you enabled captive portal bypass config under free access types? Also have you also enabled anyvof social login?

Can you provide all above information along with which specific phone model and OS versions on which it is not working? Does opening a browser and typing in manually some website takes you to login page or not on these phones where this auto pop up is not working? 

You can also copy the exact login URL which can be copied from a laptop browser and send across in a private message to me or send the cambium ID of your account and we can take a look at it.

YES, IT IS ENABLED.

WHERE IS THIS OPTION? I AM ONLY USING VOUCHERS.

We are having problems with so many types of cell phone models, too many to name.

We noticed that iPhones have troubles to connect and stay connected to WiFi that has enabled Free Access via Splash page for WiFi4EU - Free access with conformation on Splash page. Other users work without a problem.

You might wanna check that you don't have problems only with iPhones...
