Hi all, I abandoned the e600 and e410 awhile back because of issues but I had one on the shelf and said what the hell.
So as it was before I have poor RF quality for no reason…
Any insight would be awesome… not getting my hopes up lol.
And to boot, the throughput is terrible just as before sitting right by the AP and 25 mbps on phone and laptop for throughput on both 2.4 and 5, 80mbps available. Unfortunate… I had a cheap archer c50 TP-link in before the e600 and never have an issue… ouch.
Ping is ridiculously terrible as well.
Hi, you definitely should be getting much better performance. What firmware version are you running? Can you please email me your AP configuration or a tech support file to gary.hansen@cambiumnetworks.com and I will see what recommendations I can make. BTW, in your screenshot for Radio 2, you are using channel 165 that is 20MHz wide channel so you might want to use another channel that can be bonded with 40 or 80 MHz channel width.

Thank you for your reply, I am running 4.2.3.1-r9. I will send file asap. As for using 165 on a 20mhz channel, I am not sure what you mean?
Thanks, I got the files and will review them. Regarding channel 165, that channel cannot be bonded so I am recommending to use 5GHz channels that can be bonded. Here is a good reference you can use for the detailed information.
