Let say I have epmp 1000 Hotspot

I heard 802.11w can protect me from MAC Cloning and deauthentication using these tools

Yes that’s correct, you can set it to optional which will allow clients to use 802.11w but those that don’t support it will still be able to connect.

If you select mandatory then only clients that’s support 802.11w will be able to connect.
