Enable the cnMaestro Connection on SXT Lite5 Elevate

Hi there,

since a couple of weeks I'm using Elevate devices.

I've noticed that SXT Lite5 is not supported for cnMaestro Connection.

Is it correct?

I've attached two files.

Yes, this is known issue (device number mismatch between cnMaestro and SXT code) and most probably it will be fixed in 3.5.5 software but we can't tell the exact date yet... Please stay tuned with our elevate software releases.

Yes,

It is fixed. Please use latest beta release: 4.4.rc30 availble @ https://support.cambiumnetworks.com/files/epmp-elevate/beta

Is it confirmed? I've enboarded the device but I think there is still probelm. Device won't appear in cnMaestro even after onboarding.

Hi,

I am sorry it is not working just yet. It is planned to support those Elevate models with the cnMaestro 2.3 release.

Currently we expect it to be released in the first part of December.
