epmp 1000 can't claim Device

I have an epmp 1000, but I can not get device claim in the cn maestro, below the error.

Failed: Invalid Serial Number (s). Learn how to locate Serial Numbers.

Other antennas that I have, like the epmp 2000 and the force 180 are normal

OBS: The number is correct, I checked several times

Hi Daniel,

Are you trying to claim device from cnMaestro using MSN or MAC address?

You can check Serial Number on Monitor -> System page on UI.

Old devices which were produced before cnMaestro support should be registered in cnMaestro using cambium-id which can be configured on device's UI.

Hi Daniel,

Looks like your  ePMP1000 device has 11-character MSN from first generation which are currently not fully supported in cnMaestro. Today cnMaestro supports only  12-character MSNs.

Please register current device using Cambium ID from ePMP UI.

Hi i have 4 epmp 1000 never registered, im totally new using cambium this radios was stored , but i dont know where to start

Firmware Version

U-Boot 9344_PX 1.1.4.a (Dec 31 2014 - 16:33:35)

how claim and register because this firmware dont have registration to cloud to my cnmaestro account.

The oldest software version you should be using is at least 3.5.2 (or 3.5.6).
