Hello, so I have been trying to set up the Cambium ePMP 1000 Hotspot.I have this issue that beats me.When I assume the site (which needs approx. 35Meters of Ethernet cable) and connect the ePMP 1000,best case scenario,i get one reply when i ping the IP,followed by time-outs.Disregarding the site setup,i use a shorter ethernet cable,not more than 2 Meters,and ping i get replies as expected,and hence i can login using the default IP and configure the ePMP 1000 Hotspot.

What seems to be fault here?

NB:The 35m ethernet cable isn't damaged.

Is it CAT5 or higher cable? Is it shielded? Does the cable go through any industrial areas that produce large amounts of EMI/RFI? Is the cable used at a site that has high levels of FM broadcast signals? Are you using the Cambium supplied OEM PoE or a 3rd party PoE? Have you tried testing the cable using a different radio and/or client on each end? Do you have a cable tester that you can use to check the layer 1, 2 and 3 of the cable?
