I have few questions in mind
I have ePMP 1000 Hotspot
1. it has 2 antennas. If I facing it.
Which side of the antenna for horizontal polarization
2. let say I have connectorized or integrated ePMP 1000.
Can I reflash its firmware using hotspot firmware
3. in the specs said its capacity for 120 users.
anyone ever tries how many maxima concurrent users it can handle
Sorry for not embedding pic. Doing this off my phone and would not allow me to in embed pic…only attach as a file.
It doesn’t matter which you assigned H or V. Epmp radios have the intelligence needed to decode what ever stream is loudest per radio. You can run dual vertical or horizontal and run a pseudo mimo A as well.
120 is technically possible, however its wifi N, i wouldn’t suggest going beyond 30.
How about reflash connectorized with Hotspot firmware?

Chris is right. I was thinking from a standard sector AP. We mark our radios by the ePMP manual and connect them as such to help us with trouble shooting AP issues later (dead chain, severely uneven chains, etc). We know which side of radio/antenna to look at first when we get to it. We also do this for any connectorized SM's for the same reasons.
