It doesn’t matter which you assigned H or V. Epmp radios have the intelligence needed to decode what ever stream is loudest per radio. You can run dual vertical or horizontal and run a pseudo mimo A as well.
120 is technically possible, however its wifi N, i wouldn’t suggest going beyond 30.

Chris is right. I was thinking from a standard sector AP. We mark our radios by the ePMP manual and connect them as such to help us with trouble shooting AP issues later (dead chain, severely uneven chains, etc). We know which side of radio/antenna to look at first when we get to it. We also do this for any connectorized SM's for the same reasons.
