ePMP 3000 no signal

I have ePMP 3000 no signal. customer does not pick up the signal .I did the latest update and nothing happened (Active Software Version
4.6.2). I have another one ePMP 3000 We can Connect and work normally .

Could you provide more details? Exact steps how do you check. Also Performance tab screenshot. And check system log if there are any connection attempts. There you can see if there is any disconnection reason.
