we want to provide 500 Full duplex our client, distance is 7 km. can you please suggest the ePMP 3000 is suitable or not for this.
500 Mbps Full Duplex (meaning 500 uplink and 500 downlink simultaneously) is beyond the ePMP 3K's capacity.
You might consider the PTP 550 which depending on noise floor and antenna design may approach that.
Or you should especially consider a PTP 820 licensed microwave link.
Using LINKPlanner is your best bet to understand the tradeoffs in radio selection and antenna selection for capacity and availabilty considerations.
