We have installed about 15 ePMP 3000L APs, Management of the equipment is lost, factory reset is performed, but still no access, equipment blocked.
What is mean blocked ?
No CLI or web access is available.
Connect to the cloud and check if it ok ?
If yes than you have to change access mode from http/https to http and I think it will solve the problem.
Did you try default IP of 169.254.1.1?
