Epmp 4500 default and fallback ip

Hi, what are the IPs to access to this device?

In the old series I comfortably had 169.254.1.1, but with this IP it doesn’t work.

Obviously connected to the poe port…

Default and Fallback IPs remain the same.
169.254.1.1 and 192.168.0.1/192.168.0.2 for AP/SM accordingly.

The problem is that as soon as I start it I notice that it makes about 10 pings, then it starts to time out for no reason… always connected to the eth poe port

did you pay attention if it reboots according to indication?
I suggest to contact support. “Raise ticket” in the right top of this page.
Our engineer will assist to sort it.
