I cannot find any documentation on what the signal the signal LEDs on the 4625 SM correspond to.

On Airmax I can define the RSSI for each led so I know what approx. signal I get at each LED level. How are the LED signal levels defined on the 4625 SMs?

it should be like this:

ETH:
  10 Mb - red
 100 Mb - red
1000 Mb - red + green

RF:
               RSSI > -60 dBm - RED + GREEN (which is Yellow)
     -70 dBm < RSSI < -60 dBm - GREEN
     -80 dBm < RSSI < -70 dBm - RED
               RSSI < -80 dBm - RF LED is off
