The ePMP Elevate Flexible License Server will be turned off on June 1st 2023. Customers using ePMP Elevate will need to switch to fixed licenses before that date.
We have attempted to get in contact with all Flexible License users, and many have already made the switch. However, there are still a number of accounts using flexible licenses.
If you are still using flexible licenses, and have not received instructions from us on how to migrate, please let us know by creating a support ticket.
