What FW version are you at and what FW version are you trying to upgrade to?
Try to reboot the radio and upgrade it again.

I was upgrading the ePMP-NonGPS_Synced-v4.5.6.tar.
We did the upgrade locally directly connected to the ePMP Force 200 and it worked. Before, we were doing the upgrading remotly via the ePMP Force configured as an AP. This is a point to point link based made of two ePMP Force 200 radios.
Now, it is fine since days ago.
