ePMP Force 300-25 SM, log in error

Hi All,

I have an EPMP 300-25L SM, the login password is usually admin but it changed by itself and I did not change it. I don’t know why this happened. What is the solution? Thank you.

What version of firmware is it?

default is admin admin, if for some reason it is set to factory setting. We have had radios factory default to just the right bouncing power scenario, but it would have defaulted back to the 192.168.0.2 address if that happened. You might verify caps lock is not on as it is case sensitive. Last resort would be to factory default it and start over.

Caps lock was off
Unfortunately I press the reset button for more than 20 seconds and the epmp now is not starting and not logging in to any addresses.
