I have an ePMP subscriber that is currently running firmware version- 1.1.4.a. I need to run QOS. What version do i need in order to get the QOS tab?

The "firmware" version you listed above corresponds to the version of the universal bootloader installed in the device. Features like QoS are determined by the "software" version listed under the Monitor->System page in the WEB UI. The 2.5 version of software (located at https://support.cambiumnetworks.com/files/epmp/ )
is the latest.
