epmp3000 radius authentication

Just started testing an ePMP3000 AP.  running 4.3.1 firmware.  tried using same radius setup we use on epmp2000 and SM will not connect to AP.  It is not getting auth error though, just says deregistered, AP initiated.  there is nothing in the current user guide for radius, wondering if it is just not supported yet??  the setup is there, so don't think that is true.

Anyone using radius or ran into these issues yet?

ePMP3000 is working with Radius. Which certificates you are using and what is the server configuration?

If you used Canopy default certificates on the SM there is a known defect (it will be fixed 4.3.2) that Canopy Root Certificate is not present by default and you need to upload it to "User Provisioned Root Cert".

That must be the issue then.  We are using the same setup that we use on epmp2000 currently.

any idea when 4.3.2 will be out?

4.3.2 is expected in the middle of April.

Yes we have similar experience. With ePMP3000 not connecting with the Force 300 using the Radius feature. We have tested this AP3000 with the F180 with Radius feature and it connects.  Testing as per recommendation from Cambium Support but we are unable to find a solution with the F300.  So far we have not seen issues with the WPA security feature and testing on this mode.

Also wondering what are the total thoughput test results seen on the AP3000 so far with the amount of SMs connection.

Do you use Canopy certificates? Or you have created your own keys for the server?

The Canopy Root Certificate is not present by default and you need to upload it to "User Provisioned Root Cert"

Anyone tried that option and was sucessful with it ?

I just tested this and it works.
