Equipment recommendations for PTP 1km capacity 600mb

Good evening everyone. I need some advice. We currently want to upgrade our 600 Mbps connection to a 1 km radius. We have a Mimosa router, but lately it’s been having a lot of problems. It would be very helpful if you could recommend replacement equipment. Thank you in advance.
