Hello, Currently I cannot generate reports in my service, the waiting time is long and then it gives a connection timeout error.
Problem has currently been going on for more than a month.!

By seeing above UI, I am assuming cnMaestro version is bit old (older than 3.1.0). Could you please confirm the cnMaestro version you are running.
If it is very old, could you please try upgrading it to 3.1.1 atleast.
