I am getting this error when I try to open the status page within prizm. Everything else works fine. Just not this.
Prizm 3.0 with aug. 2007 patch

Are you using Java 1.6 on the client side? If so, to launch Prizm, use https://ServerIP:8443/
Launch Prizm from that view, and this should work.
Something in Java 1.6 doesn’t like switching from HTTP to HTTPs when using the Element Web Proxy.
