Issue Brief:-
System Error 5 while stoping WM server "System error 5 has occurred".

Problem Root Cause:-
User credentials can cause issue.

Resolution:-
In order to resolve this issue upgrade to 4.4.12.Then cmd (run as administrator)-->Go to “C:\Cambium\WM\server\bin\” folder and execute “ServerAdminTool.bat” file. Then you need to restart LicenseManager service and then WMService to address this issue.

Error 5 may appear if there is a time synchronization problem.
you can force to resync time by typeping this command
RUN "w32tm/resync"
Or
“System error 5 has occurred” may also be related to a malware contamination on your Windows. Windows registry and files might be broken or corrupted due to the malware, causing the error when running a program.
