Issue Brief:-
Unable to launch application. and throws error while launching the application from client "Unable to launch application".
Problem Root Cause:-
No Proxy settings under Java Control Panel can cause issue.
Resolution:-
In order to resolve this issue go to Control Panel->Click Java-->General-->Network Settings-->Select Use Proxy Server-->Enter IP address of WM server with Port Number-->Click Ok-->Apply-->Ok.
