One of our clients had complained of a bad data transfer and lost pings. The AP status pages showed a lot of inerrors & CRCerrors in the Ethernet Stats, and outdiscards in the RF CB Stat. The AP had a default configuration of control slots:
NumUAckSlots - 3
NumDAckSlots - 3
NumCtlSlots - 3
I had increased the NumCtlSlots to 4, according to recommendations on this forum. The number of errors reduced, but not totally.
Do I need to increase the NumCtlSlots to 5 ? Do I need also to increase the NumUAckSlots and the NumDAckSlots?
