Ethernet Port up but showing loss of carrier. MGMt port shows up?

I have a strange error here. One of our PTP820C radios showing both ethernet slots as being down but radio throughput, OSPF pairings and RMON->RX frame count on both slots indicate otherwise. Managed switch the radio is connected to shows 1Gbps for both ports. Traffic is flowing normally.

Also the management slot is showing as being up but nothing is connected.

Smells like a firmware error but has anyone had similar?

Can you please paste the screenshot of RMON?
