Ethernet Speed not connect by 1 Gbps

Hi,

This Esakki, We used 6 pair of PTP650 Connectorized ODU.

I have a issue in recenty deployed ODU which is  the PSU Port not connect by 1000 Mbps.

I used Cat5e  cable the length of 75 Mtr.

I checked with LAN Tester the cable connected all 4 pairs correctly.

Please guide me.

Hi Esakki,

You could use the cable diagnostics feature in PTP 650. See the web page like this:

Also, you should check the Ethernet settings at both sides of the link. The safest option is Autonegotiate like this:

Check that the connected switch or router has the same configuration.
