event triggered alarms on the canopy kit would be good. At the momnet we have to SNMP poll our kit, which means as our network is growing we have to poll more, we do alot of keepalive type polling every 5 seconds for key kit to make sure it is alive.
If canopy provided event triggers i.e kit loosing registration, number of SM drops significantly, long response times, link efficiency thresholds, so that it will send an alarm, which will save us from some unncessary traffic eating up the pps resouce
