[EX1028-P]: sntp client configuration

Hi all,

I configured the SNTP client as follow but it still doesn’t syncronize the time with the server.

Below the message in CLI
Can you help me to solve?

Please check server’s reachability by the switch and the server is responding to the server’s port 123. Also please check the sntp packet counters as shown below. If all confirmed, you can do a mirroring session to capture sntp packets between the server and switch.

To check reachability, type command ‘ping’ from the switch CLI console (via ssh connection).

To check sntp counter, select SNTP at the end of the Statistics menu:

Or type the command ‘show sntp statistics’.
