Export XV series 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz radio mac addresses

Hello,

In cnMaestro I would like to be able to export the wireless mac addresses of AP. Currently I open a site and click devices, from there I can select columns for the export but the wireless mac address is not an option. Is there a way to do this that I am missing?

Hi James,
From Sie level> Devices, the MAC address of the Radio are unavailable, but the Statistics tab export at site level will have MAC address of the Radio

Hello,

I exported from Monitor and Manage > Statistics > Device Type (Enterprise Wifi) > Export all as CSV.

It does not have the radio mac addresses listed. Any recommendations?

Is Wireless option selected in column selector? Below is the reference screenshot. If you enable Wireless option and export, we can see each Radio MAC of an AP

Thank you, my issue was that the location I was trying to export from was offline so it didn’t list the addresses, its working now.
