Could you add option to disable WLAN when LAN fails on the ePMP access points? Otherwise what can happen is that the access point continues to broadcast and therefore our subscribers don’t fail over to their secondary access point.

As it is now, in the U.S., if the AP can’t contact the AFC system, then the RF will be shut down, but since there’s a period of time that this can occur before the RF is turned off, it would be nice to have another way of the AP ‘monitoring’ for an actual internet connection, such as pinging an IP address (such as 8.8.8.8) every so often. For countries where the AFC isn’t needed, pinging for an internet connection to a specific IP address would still work. The IP address used, and the amount of time between ‘pings’, and the number of times that this IP address can’t be reached should be programmable by us.
