This article explains the field diagnostics download procedure.
- In a web browser, browse to the IP address of the target unit and bring up the Web-GUI.
- Login as admin
- Once the main page displays, find the “tools” icon down the left-hand-side and click on that
- In the “Logs” tab, there should be a list of saved Field Diagnostics.
The reasons strings (part of the names of the saved files) can give a good idea of the causes of recent reboot - To download a copy of the field diags of the target, click the “Download” button (and wait), save the offered .cfd file to a convenient location (moving from default if desired)
