I'd like to see the cnMaestro firmware upgrades capable of delaying restart until enabled ATAs are on-hook (with an option to force the upgrade if necessary).
Dropped phone calls seem to have a very negative impact on customer experience. Avoiding dropped calls by delaying a restart until the call is ended would be nice.
