I am using cnPilot Indoor E400. Recently the Access Point is agkinf to upgrade the software. I downloaded the latest firmware form the website, the firmware version is E400_E50X-3.8-r3. But when I try to upgrade it is saying ' Firmware Verification Failed'. I am not able to use without the upgrade. Please kindly help me sort out the issue.

May I know the current firmware version on your E400 Access Point. Are you tryong to push firmware directly on to the AP or from cnMaestro. Also can you try re-downloading from following link (.img) file

We are also failing to upgrade E400 AP. Getting “firmware verification failed” with 3.11.4.1-r3 when uploading latest 4.2.3.1-r7 / 08-Feb-23 from GUI. When using cnMaestro to do same upgrade it fails with result “skipped” and message “The software image is not available to download!”. Four different E400 APs fail in the same way.
Downgrading to E400_E50X-3.11.1-r2.img then upgrading to 4.2.3.1-r7 worked! Hope this helps someone.
