i have a force 130 sm with 4.3.2.3 software version. i need upgrade to 4.6.2
but i cant select the new firmware.(not support tar.gz?)
I have many Force 130 sm but i cant upgrade only from 4.3.2.3.

It looks like your image is in the archive. the image name should be ePMP-Force130-v4.6.2.tar.gz
Check it or download a new one from download page.

i can use this image for all another force 130. cant only from 4.3.2.3
Try to upgrade to 4.5.6 first. You can find it on the same page in Archive section
I can’t. Problem with file format. this software cant upload tar.gz

It might be worth trying another browser. What are you using in the screenshots, Safari? Maybe try Firefox or Chrome?

Team am also trying to configure a Force 130 but i have two major problems, one is once i go to the GUI the pages doesnt load the whole content and is stuck forever with nothing happening. Have tries using different browsers like Mozilla, Chrome, Edge and its all the same. Second radio after several attempts the GUI opened but when i tried upgrading the firmware version the only the URL option is active the browse file is inactive hence i cant upgrade. Anyone to help me please and suggest best browser on accessing cambium GUI.
