Force 300 25 SM has poor download speed

Hi all, I have 5 force 300 25 SMs connected to a ePMP 3000L that all have poor download speed test results but fine upload results. For example one SM is DS 9 for DL and DS 7 for UL and the QOS is set to 50 DL and 7 UL but my speed test result is 4mbps DL and 7.5mbps UL. This same SM link test is consistently 50mbps DL and 7mbps UL. I confirmed with another SM that has DS7 DL and DS6 UL, set to 50/7 QOS, link test shows 50/7 consistently but also only gets 3-4mbps DL and 7mbps UL on speed test. Any advise?

unfortunately I can not say anything without techsupport files.
Could you raise a support ticket, attach techsupport files from AP and SMs and drop me the ID?
