What do you mean by “open”? If you are an internet customer, then you normally do not have access to the software on the radio so normally the group here will not help you.
If you are the owner/operator then there are various methods to gain access to the radio, some nice and keeps your config but others not so nice and wipes the radio clean.
So are you a internet customer or the operator?
