Force 300 Will Connect to One 5Ghz ePMP 2000 APs but not Others

Hello,

We have multiple 5Ghz ePMP 2000 APs deployed with the same software version (4.7) and configuration. On one of the APs we can connect Force 300 SMs with no issues. I can’t even see the other APs on the monitor > wireless list in the Force 300 SMs. I’m hoping someone can give me an idea on what might be going on before we start swapping APs to 3000Ls.

If there is any info I can post that might help trouble shoot please let me know and I’ll do so.

you can enable system log Monitor>>System Log. On SM or AP, there you will see the reason SM does not connect. Then you can check the description:

Hi, This probably won’t solve your issue, but if you’re running 4.7 and haven’t upgraded to 4.7.0.1 – you should. There are more than a handful of rather critical bug fixes in that 0.1 release.
