Everyone seems to list the Force 425 units in 2-packs. Does anyone (USA) sell single units? I intended to buy a spare for this first link.

But seriously - I believe Cambium sells a “replacement radio”, so no mount or reflector or feed horn, just a replacement radio, which me fill your need as a spare.
