It's been about more than 8 months that I wasn't using Force300 anymore, since stability issues.
Now we've received some new Force300 and I've noticed that finally Cambium introduced again standard passive POE like Ubiquiti and many other... like it was over Force200/180. Yeah!!!!
With Force300 we bought in the past, they weren't in that way and they support only reversed POE (Cambium style!).
