I don’t see a watch dog function in these routers. What is going on here? Is it just loosing contact with cnMaestro or is the router really dropping off? This seems to happen every few days or so on some of these routers.

Has a support ticket been opened for this issue yet?
Please upload the R195’s tech-support file to the ticket.
This will help us determine if the router is actually power-cycling or if it’s just losing its connection to cnMaestro
I will open a ticket. I see the CPU usage is pinned at 100 percent too. Last time I saw this issue it was Malware. If it’s that again, I would like to know how it is getting in.
The previous security breach was traced back to incomplete router provisioning.
To prevent a recurrence, we had provided the necessary steps in the support ticket titled “R195/cnMEC: cnPilot R195W Router showing 100% CPU Usage (466642)”
Please share the tech-support file.
We will investigate to determine the root cause and whether the high CPU usage is driven by malware or another underlying issue.
I have pulled this router from service and will send the Tech Support File.
Was also getting 100% CPU.
The help desk got me to set WiFi Profiles/Choose a Profile or Create one/Management then put complicated passwords into Basic User and User and Configure the router with that profile.
