We felt the pain at 3pm New Years Eve with loss of GPS from Russian Glonass System not having Leap Year programmed…
The GPS units receive the US GPS, so why doesn’t it switch or use this in the first place?

My guess is that when they find stable satellities they keep them without changing. Feature that I THINK has been developed with the following uGPS firmware versions
