Guest Access -> IPv6 traffic automatically whitelisted - BUG

Hello!

If user connects to WLAN with guest access enabled  and it gets also IPv6 address, then all IPv6 traffic is whitelisted.

That confuses "Sign to network" app in Android, because Google servers has IPv6 enabled and Android thinks it is connected to network and user is not properly redirected to "Sign to network" app.
