How can I do with Canopy CCM2?

The uplink ethernet of CMM2 don’t work,when connect to a PC,the ethernet link is down,the same result either change the straight or cross calbe.
How shall I do?The end user need it timely,but warranty in service is very slow.
Could you tell how can I solve it? Thanks.

Try making an Ethernet loopback jack. If the switch lights up with the loopback then its reletively safe to say that the switch (or switch port) is good and the problem is elsewhere. If the switch port does not link on a properally made (be sure to test it!) loopback jack then its faulty.
