How many AP's are needed in a cell?

The Cambium Access Point (AP) module distributes network or Internet services in a wide array of beamwidths and has the ability to communicate with up to 200 subscribers. Six 60° AP's can support a 360° cell. A cell can start with one AP and is scallable up to 12 AP's in a 20 MHz channel in 5 GHz bands. Additional AP's can be added to the cell as demand dictates. Also from the same cell you can have multiple bands. So you could have over 25 radios colocated at one cell site with 6 operating at 2.4 GHz, 4, at 3.65 GHz, 6 at 5.2 GHz, 6 at 5.4 GHz, and 6 at 5.7 GHz.
